GCEGPAN and HOSCON Forge Partnership to Drive Green Energy and Environmental Remediation

On September 18, 2024, the National Chairman of the Green Clean Energy and Gas Practitioners Association of Nigeria (GCEGPAN), Engr. Emmanuel Abba, led a delegation on a courtesy visit to the National Chairman of Host Communities Producing Oil and Gas in Nigeria (HOSCON), Dr. Mike Emuh, at his Abuja office.

The meeting was highly successful, with discussions centred on cooperation between GCEGPAN and HOSCON. Both organizations agreed to draft a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which will be signed next month to solidify the partnership.

HOSCON, known for its over 20 years of advocacy for oil and gas-producing communities and remediation of hydrocarbon pollution in the Niger Delta, brings a wealth of experience, resources, and networks to the collaboration. This partnership aims to advance shared goals of promoting green and clean energy solutions, fostering environmental sustainability, and ensuring a healthier environment for all Nigerians.
